Ooh La La
I think I have a crush on Jason Mraz.
What a perfect little man.
Singer-songwriter-guitarist.
Very on.
It's so amazing how he comes up with such crazy songs with like, four chords.
Very clever indeed.
I love his style. What do they call it?
Folk, jazz?
And my myy...what a voice. Fuh.
I'd marry him in a heartbeat.
"Scooch on closer dear And I will nibble your ear. I'm Yours"/
television obsession
So, I've devoured 4 seasons of Greys Anat. & Desp Housewives...
(and am waiting for the fifth season)
It's getting abit old. Yawn.
So I decided to try out
30 Rock.
Since I've heard rave reviews about it.
*Best comedy series at Emmy Awards
**Tina Fey : Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy SeriesAnd...
I absolutely am positively hooked!
It's so super funny. Can die.
If you like twisted, sarcastic, totally inappropriate, Arrested-Development-type of humour ; then you should really start 30Rock.
I like that dude Kenneth the most.
He said :
"To quote Jerry McGuire ; you made me a complete person"
"When you said hello, you had me"
Hahahaha. Snort.

To eat a banana for the hundredth time is nothing like eating a banana for the first time.
To listen to your favourite song for the hundredth time is nothing like hearing it the first time.
To wear that blue dress for the hundredth time feels nothing like when you wore it the first time.
To have that great conversation for the hundredth time feels nothing like when you talked the first time.
Life is a habit. It has to be.
Without habit, the beauty of the world would overwhelm us.
We'd pass out everytime we saw a flower, everytime we smelled cookies baking, everytime someone smiled at you.
Imagine if we only got to see a cumulonimbus cloud, or hear a cock crow, or feel the light breeze tingle your skin only ONCE in a decade.
There'd be pandemonium in the streets.
We need habit to get through a day.
But habit can be a dangerous thing too.
The eye sees something ; brown bark, skinny branches, a smattering of leaves - it's a tree and the eye moves on.
I glimpse ; grey hair, furrowed brows, hairy arms, a peck on my cheek- it's Dad.
But did I take the time to
see Dad?
A wise man once said "Habitualization devours works, clothes, furniture, one's wife & the fear of war"
Over time, we stop perceiving beautiful moments & wonderful things as they are.
And it becomes a mish-mash of....just everyday.
Like a blur. And before you know it, tomorrow is Sunday- and you wonder where your week went to.
Someone famous once sang "Life oh Life. Doo Doo Doo Doo"
}{
babies are better than puppies
Oh You warm my heart
